60 day plan!

Hey guys! So I created a fitness plan and I want everyone to do it with me! It's a weight loss plan that takes 60 days and you play Just Dance 3 and Kinect Adventures for at least 2 hours every day. As for diet, watch portion control and no fast food. Also, limited starches. I find that starches are a big problem because I love pasta and bread but theyare both very high in carbs. Track your calories and TAKE CARE OF YOUR SKIN! Drink lots of water and carbonated water as an alternative to soda. There are also drinks called Ice that come in many flavors that have no sugar and no calories. Drink lots of water and I will track my gaining and losing daily with you guys. Together we can get healthy, and I will try to keep logs on this diet and how well it works for me
